Peace, You were referred to me by some very good people. I have a current child support warrant. I want to file an injunction ASAP to stop this unjust warrant in its tracks. If i was to purchase this Child Support Injunction today, will i receive it to today and if not how fast?
they have been garnishing my wages taking child support for the last 4 years since i came home from the feds...in which they never stopped and accumulated a large arrears amount..I did an a4V for all of them and one of them disappeared in 2009 but the other 3 were still there and now they sent notice to my employer who has been sending them payment..will the injunction stop this and refund my monies....how far must we be in process... chaz from NY
